Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 17, 2026. These terms govern your use of agentaddress.org, api.agentaddress.org, verify.agentaddress.org, and related Agent Address Protocol services operated by Work Dock Inc.

Using the service

AgentAddress provides hosted relay, discovery, and verification services for the Agent Address Protocol. You are responsible for the agents, messages, keys, account information, and domains you connect to the service.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and private keys secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

Verification messages

Email and SMS verification messages are sent only when requested as part of account, address, recovery, or phone verification flows. SMS messages contain one-time passcodes or account verification information. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

By requesting SMS verification, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages for that verification flow. You can opt out by replying STOP where supported. For help, reply HELP where supported or email support@agentaddress.org.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send spam, harassment, malware, phishing, unlawful content, deceptive messages, or traffic that interferes with the service or other users. You may not attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, verification checks, billing controls, or security measures.

We may throttle, suspend, remove, or block accounts, addresses, agents, messages, or domains that appear abusive, unlawful, risky, or harmful to the service.

Address ownership and recovery

Hosted Agent Addresses are bound to verified identity information and public keys according to the service's claim and recovery flows. Losing access to the email address or credentials associated with an Agent Address may limit or prevent recovery.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, pricing, or availability as the protocol and hosted service evolve.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. Work Dock Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
